~*Double boiled soup - Zi Yin Run Fei Tang*~

Bought this sachet from Supa Save, it's super easy to boil. Can do it in less than 5 steps. I added extra chinese wolfberries because i love the taste. This soup is said to help recover nasty cough and throat infection and helps to strengthen the respiratory system.

*1 packets of Zi Yin Run Fei Tang

*extra chinese wolfberries
*spot the difference in colors in the wolfberries. the more reddish ones are the ones i added*

*pork rib (can be replaced with chicken too)

Step 1: Boil water, and once the water is boiled add pork ribs into the pot.
Step 2: Pour all the ingredients into the pot, bring to boil for about 15 mins then simmer for about 2-3 hours.

Step 3: Scope out the soup and ready to be served.
