~*Scrambled eggs with tomato*~

I love this dish so much but it's my first attempt to cook it. This dish seems easy but it's not easy to cook because we wan the eggs to be silky n not overcooked so the timing is absolutely important here.

*4 eggs (beaten)
*3 tomatoes
*3 cloves of garlic

Step 1: separate the egg yolks and egg white n whisk the egg yolks only. Then pour it back to the egg white n stir it together then add a dash of salt. Make sure there's no froth in the beaten eggs. This is to ensure the eggs are 'smooth' when cooked.

Step 2: skinned the tomato by cutting a cross sign at the bottom of the tomato n boil it for 30 secs and rinse it with cold water. This process will make it easier for the tomato to be skinned.

Step 3: add olive oil into the hot pan and add the beaten eggs. Fry it till it's about 60% cooked then set it aside.

*it's meant to be like this*

Step 4: drizzle more olive oil and add in the garlic n tomato. Fry it for about 2 minutes.

Step 5: add the fried eggs back into the pan and fry it together with the tomatoes. Add salt to taste. Ready to be eaten *nom nom*
