*Sin Tai Hing packet bak kut teh mixes
*5 eggs (your own preferences)
*700 pork ribs
Step 1: Wash the pork ribs thoroughly and rinse with hot water before adding it into the pot.
Step 2: Boil a pot of water and when the water boils add in 2 sachets of the Sin Tai Hing Bak Kut Teh Herbs and Spices as well as the garlic and the mushrooms.
Step 3: Simmer for about 30 mins and add the Bak Kut Teh special sauce which is included in the packet.
Step 4: Simmer for another 1.5 hours then it's ready to serve. try the soup before serving and if you prefer it more salty then add salt to taste. As for me i didn't need to add any other things cause the taste is jus fine for me.
Step 5: bak kut teh is ready to be served. it will be even better if there's garlic rice. yummy...
