i really don mind doing exercises but it's the soreness which i hate. both my thighs now hurt like hell. even simple movements like sitting on the toilet bowl hurts! i'm definitely not an athletic person cause i really hate the feeling of soreness all over my thighs now.
yesterday's activity for the B.fit was Zumba and Body Combat. it wasn't as tedious as the Cardio training which we did on tuesday nite. Zumba is some sort of Colombian dance which Latin and International Music with fun and effective workout system.
Body Combat is totally different from Zumba, it's a fiercely energetic martial arts workout where you are totally unleashed and empowered. Most of the moves seem like Muay-Thai and it has more upper body workout as compared to those Eastern-asian martial arts like judo, taekwondo or karate.

Though it's not as intense as those cardio training but then i really hav a hard time trying to keep up with the movements. Most of the time the multi-action movement are at a fast pace. We will be doing a different workout next week which is the dynamic flow and mixed impact. i hope i will get better with the coordination cause i don think i can get worst than this. all those movements are jus so confusing and so hard to remember. i totally hav no idea with all those uppercut kick, bla bla, bla.
